CasiCasino Affiliate Program

1. Agreement and acceptance

By registering for the CasiCasino affiliate program you accept these terms. CasiCasino may amend them at any time; continued promotion after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility and approval

Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. All applications are reviewed manually and may be rejected or terminated at our sole discretion, without stating reasons.

3. Tracking and attribution

Referrals are tracked through your unique affiliate link or promo code with a 30-day last-click cookie window. Only players who register through valid tracking and complete verification are attributed to your account. Manual attribution is not provided.

4. Commission calculation

Revenue share is calculated on net gaming revenue: gross gaming revenue minus bonuses, cashbacks, jackpot contributions, provider and payment fees, chargebacks, fraud losses and applicable gaming duties.

There is no negative carryover between months. Commission is calculated per calendar month and locked after the reporting period closes.

5. Payments

Payments are made monthly, within 15 days after the end of the reporting month, once the minimum threshold of 100 EUR equivalent is reached. Balances below the threshold roll over. Payouts are made in CASI, BTC, ETH or USDT to a wallet you control; network fees are deducted from the payout.

6. Permitted marketing

You may promote CasiCasino via your own websites, blogs, social channels, communities, newsletters to opted-in subscribers, streams and paid media where allowed by these terms and local law. Only approved creatives, brand assets and messaging may be used.

7. Prohibited activities

Strictly prohibited: spam or unsolicited messaging; brand bidding on CasiCasino trademarks or misspellings in paid search; typosquatting and domains containing our brand; incentivised or bot traffic; misleading claims about winnings, bonuses or licensing; targeting minors, self-excluded or restricted-jurisdiction users; adult, hateful or illegal content; cookie stuffing, iframes, adware, toolbars or forced clicks; opening accounts to claim commissions on your own play.

Breach voids all accrued commissions and may result in immediate termination and withholding of unpaid balances.

8. Responsible gaming and compliance

All marketing must include 18+ and responsible gaming messaging and must comply with advertising, data protection and AML rules in the territories you target. You are solely responsible for the legality of your promotional activity.

9. Fraud and audit

We may audit traffic quality at any time. Where fraud, bonus abuse, collusion or artificial traffic is detected, related commissions are reversed and the affiliate account may be closed.

10. Term, termination and inactivity

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Accounts with no new depositing players and no traffic for six consecutive months may be closed and remaining balances forfeited.

11. Confidentiality and data

Reporting data, commission terms and player information are confidential and may not be shared or used outside the program. Personal data must be handled in line with our privacy policy and applicable law.

12. Liability and governing law

The program is provided on an as-is basis. CasiCasino is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits. Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, employment or joint venture. Disputes are handled under the law applicable to the CasiCasino operator, as stated in our terms and conditions.
